Advertising: Facebook and other social media, radio station event calendars, physical signs, newspapers, church bulletin, call-em-all at VABC, VABC website, flyers and you are also able to send flyers to ones that you know via electronic copies of flyers, and we will also have it up on our church marquee sign.

Booth Space: the spaces are reserved on a first-come/first paid basis. See rules and guidelines. Spaces are non- refundable $30 (if donating an item for giveaways) or $40 (with NO donation).  This is a 10 x 10 space that will be marked with your name. You may display as many things within this 10 x 10 space, you are responsible for your own setup including tables.

We will review your application, and if selected, you will be notified via email that your application has been approved. We will then send you a link to Pay to reserve your booth space. Booth spaces must be paid to save your space within three days of approval. If it is not paid on the third day we will then open that space to another vendor.

Payment Options: *
Paying by Facebook is suggested, Paypal is available only if the payment option is (Friends and Family). If you write a check and send it in the mail the process will take longer.
