Student Parking Form 23-24
Parking passes are now available for purchase! You will need to fill out this form and make the applicable payment at the K-12 Payment Center (https://www.k12paymentcenter.com). Once the form and payment have been submitted, you can come by the school on Wednesday, July 19th from 10am-12pm to pick up your parking pass. Call the school at 704-260-6000 if you have any questions.

Those unable to pick up their passes on the 19th can come to school between 8am and 3pm the following week and get them in the front office.

General Parking Passes: $30
Reserved and Customizable Parking Passes: $40 (Seniors Only) *Seniors will choose their spaces when they pick up their parking pass. Parking space selection is on a first come first serve basis. You are not able to pick up other students' passes for them.

*A valid driver's license is required to park on campus. Students will need to show their driver's license when picking up their parking pass. Any student who purchases a pass without providing proof of a valid driver's license will not receive a parking pass and will not be given a refund.

**All fees must be paid before a student is allowed to park on campus. Students will need to pay all outstanding fees before picking up their parking pass. Any student who purchases a parking pass will not receive their pass until all other outstanding fees are paid and are not eligible for a refund.

***Seniors who purchase a Reserved spot may paint their parking space. Seniors must draw their design on the Senior Spot Design Form (available on the school website) and get it approved by administration before being painted.

Student Parking Rules and Regulations
1. Driving to school and parking on school property are privileges. This privilege may be lost due to inappropriate behavior in the parking lot.
2. Students wishing to park on school property must register the vehicle with the school, display a valid parking tag on the rearview mirror, and pay the appropriate parking fee.
3. Students must have all school fees paid in full before they are eligible for a parking pass.
4. During school hours, students may only park in the student parking lot located on the corner of Burrage and Miramar Roads. Students may not park in the faculty lot or in visitor spaces.
5. Reserved parking spaces may only be purchased by Seniors for an additional $10 ($40 total). Reserved spaces may be painted. The contents of all painted spots are subject to review by school administration. This privilege is intended to bolster school spirit and promote school unity. Therefore, any content that promotes political, religious, or ideological positions will not be allowed. Any painted spots containing material that is not school appropriate or content that was not on the approved application will be painted over and the offending student may be subject to disciplinary measures, including having the ability to park on campus taken without refund. The parking spot number must remain clearly visible.
6. Parking violations (including parking without a permit) and reckless driving may result in the loss of driving privileges, traffic tickets, and/or other school discipline consequences.
7. All parking fees are nonrefundable. This applies in all cases, even if you pay for a pass and are not eligible to receive one.
8. All students that flex or arrive after 7:15 or leave before 2:15 must enter/exit through the front office.
