2020-2021 AHN MS Apple ID Form

Purpose:
Each student will be assigned an AHN Apple ID account which they will use for academic purposes while attending middle school. The Academy is providing students with an Apple ID that is specific to each student.  

Apple IDs are required in order to set up student iPads and/or MacBooks.  


Expectations:
Academy’s mobile device management software regularly collects an inventory of installed apps on each Apple device allowing IT staff to see which apps are installed on their Apple devices and search for specific apps, but this may also be used as an investigative tool in response to specific concerns.

Students should have no expectations of privacy for the content on their Apple devices just as they do not for their lockers and desks.  The Academy reserves the right to inspect the contents of a student’s device at any time and without any advance notice.  


Terms and Conditions:
Apple’s terms and conditions for creating an Apple ID require users to be at least 13 years old and to review and agree to the terms and conditions with a parent or guardian.  By signing the Apple ID account signature section of the consent form, students and parent/guardian are acknowledging agreement with these terms and conditions.
