Unicorn Yoga General Terms & Conditions (AGB) The registration for this training is binding. The training space is only reserved with the payment of the full training fee. (1) Cancellation is in writing up to 30 days before the beginning of the training: the course costs will be minus a handling fee of 200 CHF.- Cancellation in writing up to 15 days before the start of the course: 50% of the course of the course fee. After that 100% of the course fee will be charged. The training costs will also be fully charged in case of unexcused non-attendance. In case of a last minute emergency or serious health condition, Unicorn Yoga reserves the right to offer a credit in the amount paid towards the next upcoming Kids and Family Yoga Teaching Training. For this latter, a medical certificate must be provided, and a processing fee of 200CHF.- will be charged. The participants have to ensure that they are present in all sessions. Lectures that are not attended cannot be made up and will not be refunded.-If a participant drops out of the course after it has begun, no refund will be made. The entire course costs are due according to the due for payment. No further claims can be asserted. Cancellation fees are due if a substitute participant is found. In this case, only a processing fee of 200 CHF.- will be charged. (2) Training period. This Kids and Family Yoga Training takes place over two and a half days during one chosen weekend of preference in 2024. In total the training includes about 20 hours (contact and non-contact). (3) Prerequisites. This Kids and Family Yoga Training is aimed at yoga teachers as well as kindergarten and primary school teachers, psychologists, therapists, sports, dance and movement teachers and parents. Previous knowledge of yoga is recommended but it is not a requirement. A pedagogical background is also an advantage. The course is fully delivered in English (4) Conclusion. At the end of the training, participants receive a kids and family yoga teaching training certificate (5) Location of the training. The training takes place in Zurich and St Gallen. Unicorn Yoga reserves the right to change the dates. This will be communicated as early as possible and will only occur in exceptional cases (no claim for refund in case of date collisions) (6) Insurance. All insurances (illness, accident, liability, cancellation) are the responsibility of the participant. (7) Cancellation of the course case of illness or accident of the course leader, the course leader reserves the right to postpone the training. (8) Further conditions.The classes will be held in English.This Kids and Family Yoga Training will only be held with a minimum of 4 participants.The group size is max. 14 participants as that allows direct teacher contact and space for individual support. (9) Insurance. With the registration, the participant confirms that he/she is aware of the physical and psychological the physical and psychological requirements and the content of the children's yoga training. Health problems or the taking of medication does not prevent participation in this training, but must be informed to Unicorn Yoga before the course begins. Pregnancy must also be communicated immediately. Participation in this training is at your own risk. Unicorn Yoga excludes any liability to the extent permitted by law.
