The Terms and Conditions governing this Request for School Bus Services are set out in Annex A of the Agreement for Appointment of School Bus Operator to Provide School Bus Services dated 23rd October 2023, from The School (West Grove Primary School).
The Parent/guardian is to read all bus regulations, terms and condition listed in Say Guan Transport Services' letter dated 24th October 2023 and acknowledge and to abide by these rules and regulations, giving consent to Say Guan Transport Services to disclose such information to the School for the purpose of providing Bus service.

The parent/guardian is to submit this Request to the School Bus Operator by 17th November 2023.
