Leapcollective.org intends to transform philanthropy by challenging and revolutionalising traditional funding practices and frontline work of systems transformation. 

We set up experiments to show how philanthropy can be done in a radically different way.

One of our members is Flaviano Bianchini, founder and director of Source International. With more than 20 years of experience as an activist, he wrote a blogpost about some of his shitty funding experiences. 

We invite you to share your own shitty funding experiences so we can show philanthropic funders how their current funding practices are causing too much harm.
