30-Ball Practice Drill
Practice Golf; dont practice practice.

The purpose of the 30 ball practice routine is to learn to be target focused. This not only helps you learn how to direct your full energy at the target, but it also teaches you how to hit shots under pressure of performance since the outcome of the shots matters.

Rules of the drill:  Use only one ball at a time and focus on one task at a time. Don't stand there with a pile of balls in front of you, this tells your mind the task is to make the pile of balls go away. The Task is to learn to hit quality shots.  Start with the short game tasks. The Maximum number to accomplish the full-shot task is 30 - no exceptions. That means you can use up to 30 balls to accomplish the first task and so on, through all ten tasks.
