Baby & Me Barre is a great way to ease back into physical activity. It is a post-natal friendly workout and a way to connect with other moms. Exercises are specifically designed to help rebuild core, strengthen pelvic floor and improve posture.

This class provides an opportunity to bond with your baby in a fun way. This class is designed for babies 8 weeks old and older; the baby can be in a carrier, stay in the carseat or on your mat. It is recommended to have doctor's approval to begin exercise prior to participating.    

Baby and Me Barre is a 8 week REGISTERED class. 

WHEN: Thursdays - May 2nd to June 27th, 2024 (NO Class May 23rd)

TIME: 12:00pm to 12:55pm

LOCATION: Elite Dance Academy - 9715 Horton Road SW (Entrance is at the back of the building)

WHAT TO BRING: Mat, Water, Baby Carrier (preferred), Blanket for Baby, Barresox (optional - barefeet is fine)

COST: $175.00
