2023 Hair and Glam DFW Expo Vendor Application

Thank you so much for your interest in the second annual Hair and Glam DFW Expo! Please complete the information form below for consideration as a vendor at our June event. We take a special interest in companies that promote self-care (body, bath, hair, nails, lashes, skincare, waxing, jewelry, massages, etc.), but we welcome all businesses and look forward to collaborating with you.  Completion of this form is NOT confirmation of your vendor booth space. If selected, you will receive a separate e-mail with payment information, so please make sure your contact information must be correct. We typically receive more applicants than spaces we have available, and appreciate your patience and understanding! 

Each indoor vendor will be provided with one six-foot table and two chairs. Outside vendors will receive a 10x10 space and must provide their own set-up. In addition, vendors will receive plenty of promotional marketing materials leading up to the event.

Pricing:
Indoor Vendor: $150 (6 ft table, 2 chairs)

Beauty Room: $150 (6 ft table, 2 chairs): The Beauty Room is a FUN, intimate (no more than 10 vendors) area in the venue for beauty/aesthetic providers. This area is for vendors providing in-person services and samples such as body hair removal, makeup, facials, skincare, lashes, body contouring, massages, etc. Check out the 1:00 mark of our recap video for a visual example! *NOTE: Once Beauty Room capacity is reached, beauty providers will receive a space in the larger indoor room.

Outdoor Vendor (including food vendors): $100 (Must have 10x10 tent, provide your own set-up)

NO ALCOHOL VENDORS

When selecting vendors, we consider: 
-Past attendance and social media promotion
-Online presence (social media accounts, websites, etc.)
-Quality of products
-Age of business
-Customer reviews

Are you interested in becoming an expo "Glam Bag Sponsor?" Glam bags usually contain promotional items, coupons, or free samples from vendors. Glam Bag Sponsors will receive an individual social media post on the Hair and Glam DFW Instagram (11K+ Followers), Facebook, E-Mail newsletter (700+ subscribers) and Eventbrite. Glam Bag Sponsors must provide a MINIMUM of 30 of the business's items or services to be included in the glam bags. This is a great way to introduce your items to new customers!  *
