Dear Newport Teachers and Staff,

The Health and Wellness Subcommittee’s Mental Health Working Group is conducting a very brief survey to gain high level knowledge about mental health services in our schools. Our goal is to inform revisions to the NPS Health and Wellness Policy.

Please take a few minutes to complete this nine question survey. Your answers are confidential and no names or emails will be gathered. We greatly appreciate your time and value your first-hand knowledge of our students’ needs. Thank you!
