1) Participation in this study is strictly voluntary. There are no penalties to people who decide not to participate, or who started to participate and later decided to withdraw. 2) The purpose of the research is related to the objectives of the project INNOCOACH. 3)This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Innosup - 05 – Coordination and Support Programme under grant agreement No 959646. 4) Personal data will be treated in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 / EC Directives 96/46 EC. Data exchange between the project partners will be performed via project intranet or encrypted document. Data will be stored in the project intranet during the project lifetime. The information will be used only for the project purposes. 5) Data will not be sold, given, or passed in any other way to third parties that might use it with any other purpose than research. By agreeing to participate and giving consent, you are not waiving any of your legal rights, claims, or remedies. You will keep the right to withdraw from the project at any moment, without explanations or further consequences.Hereby, you consent the treatment of your personal data according to the procedures indicated previously, and confirm that your participation is voluntary. In particular: ComoNExT acting as data controller, will process the personal data listed above in order to: a) carry out operations related to the organization and management of future events (registration of participants, reception and assistance, possible delivery of teaching/workshop material); b) collect and publish images regarding the participants in the event (expression of consent); c) report future training initiatives and events (expression of consent). The provision of data is optional, but, with regard to lett. a), the refusal to provide them leads to the impossibility of registering for the event. With regard to the purposes indicated in points b) and c) the lack of specific consent or performance, without prejudice to its registration. The processing of your data will be managed by our internal staff managed to the treatment and communicated to the necessary public or private subjects for organized and the realization of the training activity. The collected data will be kept for the time necessary for the realization of the event and for the management of the connected operations. At any time it is possible to apply the rights referred to in article 15-21 of the Regulations, applying to Data Collecter and, if it is considered that the processing of data violates EU Reg. 2016/679, it is possible to lodge a complaint with Authority for the protection of personal data. *
