2022 USBands Concert Festival Series
USBands is proud to announce the 2022 Concert Festival Series of events scheduled for March, 2022 to be held at West Chester University, Rutgers University and Towson University with each institution serving as a collaborative partner bringing top educators, performers and clinicians together for the benefit and development of music programs throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.

The events will be held on March 17 at West Chester University and March 24 at Towson University and will feature University faculty and special guest clinicians for a festival experience for Wind Ensembles, Concert Bands, Wind Symphonies and Orchestras from participating schools.

Performing ensembles will have a 45-minute slot for onstage performance and post-performance clinic. The onstage performance will be assessed by three leading clinicians and receive recorded commentary and notes on their performance. One clinician will move with the ensemble to the post-performance clinic space for a 20-30 minute hands-on session to review the material and provide real time feedback on the student’s performance. Each ensemble will also be encouraged to watch other group’s performances to provide a live audience for the groups onstage and support their peers in these unique showcase events.

Registration for the event will be $500 for ensembles from USBands Member Schools and $600 for ensembles from non-Member Schools. Additional ensembles will be $450 for Member Schools and $550 for non-Member Schools.

Each ensemble will also receive a high quality audio recording of their performance for archival purposes and future performance submissions, as well as a plaque denoting their participation in these events.

Special Director and Conductor sessions will be available for educators who wish to attend to enhance their professional development.
