How much do senior ads cost?
Single Pricing:
A: $45 (max 1 photo, patron message)
B: $75 (max 1-2 photos, patron message)
C: $100 (max 2-3 photos, patron message)
D: $125 (max 3-4 photos, patron message)
E: $175 (max 5-6 photos, patron message)
F: $250 (max 7-8 photos, patron message)

Group Pricing:
(More than one senior in the ad space, such as siblings, best friends, organization seniors, etc.)
D: $175 (max 5-6 photos, patron message, no more than 2 seniors)
E: $225 (max 7-8 photos, patron message, no more than 3 seniors)
F: $300 (max 9-10 photos, patron message)
What do the different sizes look like on a page?
When should my senior take their senior photos that I want included in the ad?
Senior portraits should be taken by the middle of October (at the latest) in order for enough time to get all of your photos back from the studio IF you wish to include them in your senior ad.
What kind of picture files do I need to submit?
All photos should be submitted digitally and have a resolution greater than 300 DPI to ensure proper quality (DPI determines photo quality when resizing images – see the information below about finding DPI on android/iPhones.

When are all of the pictures, message(s), and payment(s) for the ad due?
All messages, photos, and payments must be submitted to the Georgetown Balfour website (www.balfour.com) no later than Friday, November 18, 2022.
Are there any limitations to what I can include in the ad?
All photos should be school appropriate: no obscene gestures, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, or any illegal activity.

Song lyrics or other copyrighted material may not be used. Attribution is not enough; royalties have to be paid.

If you have purchased a 'SINGLE' student ad, you may not include a separate section for another senior. If you would like to celebrate two or more seniors in one ad, you need to purchase a 'GROUP' ad.

Your message can be as long as you want, but keep in mind that the longer the message, the smaller the photos will have to be to incorporate that message.

Please do not include more than the maximum number of pictures for your chosen ad size. If you do, we will include the best resolutioned photos to include and disregard the rest. (This is so that photos are not too small on the ad that makes it difficult for them to clearly be seen.)
When will the senior ads be sent to the publishing plant?
All senior ads will be submitted to the publisher by Friday, December 16, 2022. All changes MUST be made before this deadline, as we will be unable to change anything after this point.
Is the cost of a yearbook included with the cost of the senior ad?
No. All ads are independent of the purchase of a yearbook. Please be sure to purchase a book at the same time you are purchasing your senior ad.
