Superintendent Search: Stakeholder Interest Form
A stakeholder is an individual or group who has a vested interest in the organization. If you would like to be considered to participate in the stakeholder input groups, please complete this form. SDCOE is leading the superintendent search and will be meeting with stakeholder groups to gather input.  This is a volunteer opportunity and by completing this form you are agreeing to not receive any compensation for your time during this process.  If chosen, you will be notified by Human Resources and meetings will be scheduled by the SDCOE contact.

Stakeholder Groups to fill are listed below and each group will have a maximum of ten (10) participants.

Parent/Guardian (i.e. P.T.O., S.S.C., D.E.L.A.C., etc.)
