Event Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in booking an event with Project 2231! It is our pleasure to help you select the right venue and decide which menu will best suit your special event! 

Please fill out this event questionnaire for us. You can also contact us at sales@project2231.com or call/text 931-220-6323. This phone number is ONLY used for large groups and events. This phone is monitored Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM, we are out of the office on Saturdays and Sundays. Our Events staff will be in touch with you within 24-48 business hours.

Varsity Pin's Lane reservations for groups under 12 people or general questions: please call 931-320-9900 during Varsity Pins normal operating hours. Birthday party inquiries must be approved by the Project 2231 Event's team. We do not allow walk-in parties.

VENUES 

The City Forum Complete Buyout

Exclusive use of The City Forum for 4 hours. Pricing can increase based on headcount or additional hours needed outside of the allotted time. Only available on days or hours closed to the public.  Includes all attractions with the exception of Pro Speed Go Karts.  Does not include Arcade Redemption.

Pricing:

Up to 250 people     $10,000.00 + tax  (Food pricing is not included.)

251-500 people       $12,500.00 + tax (Food pricing is not included.)

500-750 people       $15,000.00 + tax (Food pricing is not included.)



The City Forum Half Bowling Alley

Bowling for up to 40 people, 5 bowling lanes, including shoes for all guests for 2 hours.

Pricing:

*Only Complete Buyout can reserve lanes on a Monday or Tuesday*  

Wednesday and Thursday     $500.00 + tax (Food pricing is not included.)

Friday and Sunday           $1,000.00 + tax (Food pricing is not included.)

Saturday from 11 AM to 3 PM only.        $1,000.00 + tax (Food pricing is not included.)

The City Forum Full Bowling Alley

Bowling for up to 80 people, 10 bowling lanes, including shoes for all guests for 2 hours. Only available during normal business hours. Does not include lounge area tables and couches, this is still open to the public.

Pricing:

*Only Complete Buyout can reserve lanes on Monday and Tuesday*

Wednesday and Thursday       $1,000.00 + tax (Food pricing is not included.)

Friday and Sunday             $2,000.00 + tax (Food pricing is not included.)

Saturday from 11 AM to 3 PM only.         $2,000.00 + tax (Food pricing is not included.)  


The City Forum Events Lounge

Exclusive use of The City Forum's Events Lounge for 2 hours. Seating for approximately 75 people, 2 TVs, and a projector. Only available during normal business hours.

Pricing:
Wed.-Sun.  $400.00  (Food pricing is not included.)


Group Events/ Team Building/ Field Trips at The City Forum

Great option for groups that want huge discounts on services at The City Forum! Prices vary by timeline, attraction requests, and food. We will create a custom invoice for you after a phone consultation!

Attractions Include:

Go Karts, Mini Golf, Laser Tag, Dark Ride, Carousel Rides

Arcade player cards can also be added as well.

  • Companies - This isn’t your average company party! When the work is done and it’s time to celebrate, The City Forum is the place to come together and bring out the competitive spirit! We offer an experience unlike any other in the area and are dedicated to make sure your event is off the charts!
  • Church Groups or Schools - The City Forum is the perfect place to come together for a competitive bonding experience! Hit the go kart track, throw some strikes, or go for a hole-in-one! It’s all in good fun and good memories at The City Forum.

This option has a 20 person minimum. It does not include a designated meeting space for your group. If you would like to add a venue rental to your request, you are more than welcome to do that! 


Dock 17 Complete Buyout

Exclusive use of Dock 17 including the patio for up to 180 people for 4 hours.   Availability: All day on Mondays and Tuesdays; Before 2:30 PM Wednesday through Friday. Rental only with catering.  Must specify if Bar is desired and who will be paying tab (Host or Guests) at time of booking.  

Pricing:

$2, 500.00 (This is a Room Rental fee only, food pricing is not included in this.)



Dock 17 Patio

Exclusive use of the Dock 17 Patio for 3 hours during all operating hours.  Seats up to 50 people. If your guest count is 25 or less, you can use the regular menu to order throughout your patio rental. If guest count is over 25, you must order from our Catering Menu. If a bar is desired, please let us know and specify who will be paying tab (Host or Guests) at time of booking. **If you are not wanting to do a patio rental but want to put in a reservation for a large party of 25 or less, please email gm@dock17tn.com. or call 931-444-7717.**

Pricing:

$650.00 (This is a Room Rental fee only, food pricing is not included in this.)

$150 Optional Mobile Bar Fee (3 hours)


Miss Lucille's Café

Exclusive use of the Miss Lucille's Café for 3 hours.  Seats up to 50 people. Only available after 4:30pm.  Rental only with catering. Must specify if Bar is desired and who will be paying tab (Host or Guests) at time of booking.

$650.00 (This is a Room Rental fee only, food pricing is not included in this.)



Varsity Pins Complete Buyout

Exclusive use of Varsity Pins for 3 hours. Pricing can increase based on headcount or additional hours needed outside of the allotted time.  Availability: All day on Mondays; Before 2:30 PM Tuesday through Friday. Includes all arcade games and duck pin bowling lanes within Varsity Pins ONLY. Any additional attractions within The City Forum are not included.

Pricing:

$3,000 + tax (This is a Room Rental fee only, food pricing is not included in this.)



Varsity Pins Half Duckpin Bowling Lane Rental

Bowling for up to 30 people, 5 bowling lanes for 2 hours.

Pricing:

*Only Complete Buyout can reserve lanes on a Monday or Tuesday*  

$500.00 + tax (Food pricing is not included.)



Varsity Pins Full Duckpin Bowling Lane Rental

Bowling for up to 60 people, 10 bowling lanes for 2 hours. Full Lounge Rentals can be reserved during normal operating hours, on Saturdays we only allow them from 11 AM- 3 PM. For rental requests outside of normal operating hours, they will be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case circumstance.

Varsity Pin Duckpin Suite Rentals

Bowling for up to 12 people, 2 bowling lanes for 2 hours. Birthday parties are allowed if booked with Project 2231 Events Staff, we do not allow pop-up parties. 

Pricing:

$100 per Suite on Weekdays- Wednesdays and Thursdays (Food pricing is not included.)

$150 per Suite on Weekends- Friday-Sunday (Food pricing is not included.)

**Once Suite Rentals surpass 4 lanes overall, it will be considered a Half Lounge Rental and will follow the Half Lounge Rental pricing which is $100.00 per lane per hour. For Suite Rentals that surpass 8 lanes overall, it will follow the Full Lounge Rental pricing which is $100.00 per lane per hour. **

Varsity Pins Bar and Cocktail Lounge Rental

Exclusive use of all six high-top tables, the left side of the bar nearest to these, and 4 U-shaped booths for 2 hours. This area holds approximately 70 people. Only available during normal business hours."


Pricing:

$400.00 for 2 hours. (Food is not included.)


ACME Athletics Buyout or Birthday Party

Birthdays- We are taking inquiries for birthday parties, these are reviewed on a case-by-case circumstance due to our ever changing schedules within the gym. All parties MUST be approved with Project 2231 Event Staff and ACME's GM before being considered confirmed. Pricing varies on time, date, headcount, and the requested facility area. All requests regarding food/cake must be approved by Project 2231 Event Staff.
