I understand my booth reservation is not complete until full payment for my booth space is received. Deadline for reserving booth space and payment is Monday, September 26, 2022 or until all booth space is sold. Table space will be reserved on a first come first serve basis. * All vendor payments are final and no refunds will be given.
As an entrant/vendor I grant permission for BIB to use any photographs, videos, recordings taken by BIB for its own use. As an entrant/vendor in the BIB Final Friday Market, you shall agree to assume complete responsibility for personal injury, damage to personal property, and Covid-19 exposure and/or transmission which may occur during the event or while on the premises of the event. By participating, you shall also agree to release and hold harmless all other persons or organizations associated with the event from all liability for personal injury, property damage, and potential Covid-19 exposure and/or transmission to those not present at the market. Vendors are responsible for handling and filing all taxes as a result of sales during the event. No animals are allowed. BIB reserves the right to deny vendor applications that go against the mission, vision, and values of BIB. *
