Vendor Rules for Bounce-A-Palooza 2023: The 2nd Annual Super Summer Fest

1. Vendor Fees and Payments:
   a. All vendors participating in Bounce-A-Palooza 2023 are required to pay a vendor fee of $50 for each 10x10 booth space. Additional spaces may be available upon request at the same fee.
   b. Vendors requiring electricity access must pay an additional $15 fee to cover electrical requirements. Electrical access must be requested during the application process.

2. Vendor Applications and Selection:
   a. Interested vendors must submit a complete application through our designated online portal by the specified deadline.
   b. Bounce-A-Palooza organizers will review all applications and make selections based on product relevance, uniqueness, and overall contribution to the event's atmosphere.
   c. Acceptance notifications and booth assignments will be sent to selected vendors via email.

3. Vendor Spot Sizes and Set-Up:
   a. Each vendor will be provided with a standard 10x10 booth space unless otherwise specified and approved during the application process.
   b. Vendors must bring their own display equipment, tables, and chairs. Tents, canopies, and booth decorations are permitted and encouraged.
   c. Vendors are required to set up their booths before the event's opening and dismantle only after the event's official closing time.

4. Vendor Code of Conduct:
   a. Vendors are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and conduct throughout the event.
   b. All products and services offered must be family-friendly and suitable for a diverse audience.
   c. Vendors are not allowed to engage in aggressive or deceptive sales tactics.
   d. Vendors should keep their booth areas tidy and free of any hazardous materials.
   e. The use of loudspeakers, music, or any other disruptive audio equipment is not permitted without prior approval from event organizers.

5. Product Safety and Compliance:
   a. All vendors are responsible for ensuring that their products comply with relevant health and safety regulations and certifications.
   b. Food vendors must adhere to local food safety guidelines and possess any necessary permits and licenses.
   c. Products deemed hazardous, offensive, or inappropriate for a family event will not be allowed.

6. Insurance and Liability:
   a. Vendors are required to carry liability insurance that covers their participation in the event. Proof of insurance must be submitted with the application.
   b. Bounce-A-Palooza organizers are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of vendor property during the event.

7. Wristbands and Identification:
   a. Vendors must prominently display their official Bounce-A-Palooza 2023 vendor wristband at all times during the event.
   b. Vendor representatives without valid identification badges will not be permitted on the festival grounds. 

8. Vendor Restrictions:
   a. Vendors are not allowed to sublease or share their booth space without prior approval from event organizers.
   b. Selling or distributing any alcoholic beverages or illegal substances on the festival grounds is strictly prohibited.

Failure to adhere to these rules and regulations may result in the expulsion of the vendor from the event without refund. Bounce-A-Palooza 2023 aims to create a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, and we appreciate your cooperation in making this event a huge success. 9. Social Media Sharing and Event Marketing:
   a. All participating vendors are required to actively promote Bounce-A-Palooza 2023 on their social media platforms leading up to the event.
   b. Vendors must use official event hashtags and handles provided by Bounce-A-Palooza organizers in their social media posts to ensure consistency and visibility, such as #BounceAPalooza2023.
   c. Event promotion should include details about the vendor's participation, booth location, and any special offers or exclusive products available during the festival.
   d. Vendors are encouraged to engage with their followers and respond to inquiries about their involvement in Bounce-A-Palooza promptly.
   e. Sharing official event updates and announcements from the Bounce-A-Palooza social media channels is highly encouraged to foster a unified and exciting event atmosphere.

10. Event Promotion Outreach:
   a. Vendors are expected to actively market their participation in Bounce-A-Palooza 2023 to their existing customer base through email newsletters, website banners, and other relevant marketing channels.
   b. Printed materials such as flyers, posters, and event banners promoting Bounce-A-Palooza should be displayed at the vendor's physical location, if applicable.
