DATA PROTECTION                                                                  B Sharp take personal privacy seriously and will only use information gathered in relation to our participants that meet the specific responsibilities as set out in General Data Protection Regulations.  We won't share any information outside of B Sharp without asking you, except in certain circumstances required by law, a regulatory requirement or to safeguard a child.              Your details will be used by B Sharp to inform you of term dates, events and to provide information and send newsletters by text, email, mail-chimp, post and telephone.  Due to the current pandemic, your information may also be shared with NHS Test & Trace in the event of an outbreak at a session that your young person attended.                                                                               We securely hold your information on our B Sharp database while your child is an active member.  If the membership becomes inactive we'll archive this information in line with our data retention policy.  You have the right to ask for a copy of all data we hold about your child.  If you no longer wish to receive information from us, you can change your mind at any time by emailing info@bsharp.org.uk                                                                 The law says that we must obtain explicit consent when asking for sensitive information.  Please tick below to confirm your consent to B Sharp collecting, storing and using the information that you've provided above. *
