Learning Communities in Mosaic Mennonite Conference offer a unique opportunity for self-selected, self-directed peer learning.

Your trained facilitator will help you discover your unique interests and expertise, developing your self-awareness in a group setting and managing the group dynamics as you build relationships for mutual edification. You will meet for two hours per month for one year, at which point the facilitator will lead an evaluation process and the group will decide whether or not to continue together.

Learning Communities are assembled over several months as people express interest; sign up now, grab a friend to join you, and you will be contacted when the next Learning Community experience begins.

If you are looking for a trained facilitator for a self-formed group, there need to be 4-6 individuals per Learning Community.
