St Andrew's and St Mark's Junior School now require written parental/carer consent for a child to walk home from school unaccompanied.

Please complete this form for academic year 2022/23 if this applies to your child (a separate form is required for each child). If your child already walks unaccompanied we still require this form to be completed.
