Sunday School Revisioning for 2022-23

This survey is for all adults in the congregation to fill out who are older than high school age. Faith Formation is looking for ways to create meaningful connections between our youth and the rest of the congregation. By filling out this form, Faith Formation will be able to gauge the interest of the congregation in spending at least one month/year with our youth, ages pre-school through high school in an intergenerational Sunday School.

The mission that Faith Formation will follow for programming is: Making healthy connections by listening to members, learning about God, and sharing our stories with each other.
