Please complete the following information to submit nominees for the TNAFP Nominating Committee to consider for open resident positions on the Board of Directors.
Nominees must be active TNAFP members in good standing to be eligible to serve as a Director or Alternate Director. Nominees must also be employed in a Tennessee family medicine residency program through November 2024, when the one-year term ends.
Deadline for nominations is June 30, 2023.
Candidates selected by the TNAFP Nominating Committee will be notified in late summer to confirm their acceptance. Elections will be held at the 2023 TNAFP Congress of Delegates annual meeting in Gatlinburg on Tuesday, October 31.
