How it works:

-  Use this form to order a singing valentine!
-  Submit your $15 payment to the choir room
-  We will add you to the schedule as soon as payment is received.
-  On Tuesday, February 13th during 1st-5th Hour and 7th hour we will deliver your singing valentine to that special someone along with a red rose and a personalized card! Singing valentines can be anonymous if you so choose!
