College Credit Plus Appeal Form
This form is intended for students that missed the state mandated College Credit Plus Intent to Participate notification deadline. Permission to participate in the CCP program is at the discretion of the building principal.  The appeals process requirements include: Completed CCP Appeal Form and a written appeal detailing points for your principal to consider when evaluating your request.

Please provide an explanation as to why you missed the deadline to turn in CCP paperwork, plans for CCP and any other information you want your principal to consider in making their decision.
