Requests related to furniture in residence hall rooms and common areas, community televisions, game tables and laundry machines can be submitted using the following ways:

Facilities Maintenance and Operations (FMO) manages maintenance requests, custodial services, pest control, kitchen appliance repair, and heating/air conditioning. Submit requests at https://facilities.catholic.edu/fmo/requests.html or (202) 319-5121. Emergency requests outside normal business hours should be reported to the Department of Public Safety at (202) 319-5111.
 
Technology Services manages ResNet requests including computer connections, coaxial wall data ports, and campus telephone service. Email requests to techsupport@cua.edu or call (202) 319-4357.

Cable TV issues please call our provider (Apogee) at 1-855-465-6745.

Depending on the nature of the repair, Housing Services may be in contact with you via email to schedule an appointment window. Repairs are completed between the hours of 10am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. A copy of this will be sent to you via email.
