The COVID-19 Pandemic has worn out its welcome and continues to shift our daily regimen. In prioritizing the safety and health of everyone, DONAMATRIX DAY 2021 is reverting back to the virtual platform. While we will still have the most fun working out, the day celebrating Don ‘DB’ Donamatrix contributions to the fitness and wellness industries will be shortened significantly from our original schedule of experiences.

About The Donamatrix Workout [MATRIX WORKOUT]
The Donamatrix Workout is a resistance band based workout incorporating resistance and cardio. Infusing the DB Donamatrix signature fitness system, Matrix Method, the Matrix Workout is a full body 45-minute workout.

The Matrix Method, short for Donamatrix Methodology, was inspired by his background as an athlete and head coach. The Matrix Method resembles a sports game format consisting of 4 quarters; 3 sets of 2 exercises each quarter; and a 1 minute rest & hydration period ending each quarter.
