I hereby apply for membership of the Hero Women’s PGT-2024, conducted under the aegis of the Women’s Golf Association of India (pro golf). I agree to abide by and be bound by the Memorandum of Association, rules, regulations and the bye laws of the Association as may be applicable to touring members and as may be modified and enforced from time to time.

An applicant desirous of being a tour player must not apply before her 16th Birthday as on date of submission of their application. Their application must be accompanied by a consent form signed by at least 1 parent, along with a waiver form absolving WGAI of any responsibility towards their minor wards. Such minor players MUST always be accompanied by a parent / guardian at all events. These provisions will not apply to applicants who are 18 or older. COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE or SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE is mandatory

An applicant qualifying as a tour player may be required to pass an online rules test. 
5% levy will be deducted from all prize fund earnings in addition to applicable Withholding Tax.

PLAYER DECLARATION:
By submitting this application form I am agreeing to the following declarations:

  • The applicant acknowledges the sole authority of WGAI to establish Rules and Conditions as published in the annual handbook of members Rules & Regulations, and agree to abide by these and any amendments that may, from time to time, be made by WGAI.
  • The applicant accepts that any tournament in which she participates, she will abide by the decisions of the TC. In case of any escalations, the decision of WGAI’s designated committees shall be final and binding.
  • The applicant undertakes to conduct herself in accordance with code of ethics of the WGAI.
  • The applicant agrees to submit to drug testing, which will be conducted by or on behalf of WGAI in accordance with WADA rules as approved as IOA. Applicant agrees that all and any disciplinary proceedings and/or disputes that may arise as a result of any such drugs shall be resolved in accordance with the terms of the policy.
