Please request a specific date and time for the outreach. We can work with only one date at a time. You may re-request us for later dates if we are not available for your first requested date. If your plans change, please let us know with at least 7 days of anticipation and keep in mind we may not be able to accomodate to the new date and/or time.

Please be aware that we are graduate students who essentially work full-time jobs. Events scheduled during 9am-5pm M-F have a decreased chance of having us available to attend.

We prioritize events in Clarke or Oconee County. We cannot participate in long distance events. Events outside these two counties can be accepted as long as they are virtual.
