Photography: Keepsake photographs of the production will be available for purchase on Friday from the theatre foyer at £10 per photograph, payable by cash or bank transfer. Should you NOT wish your child to appear in any picture that may be taken to publicise the Guildford Youth Theatre/Guildford Theatre School/Guildford Summer Youth Project, please indicate so by checking the box below.

T Shirts:

T-Shirts are available to pre-order at the below links. The T-Shirts will feature the logo and artwork of the Youth Project. Not only is this a lovely keepsake of the project, but will also make sure that the children are easily identifiable to the theatre staff.

Refreshments:

There will be a lunch break and two short snack breaks every day. Please provide your child with refreshments as needed. Drinks should be in resealable plastic bottles only. All lunch breaks will be fully supervised.

Clothing:

Students should wear clothes that are easy and safe to move in, i.e., shorts/tracksuit bottoms, a t-shirt and trainers/jazz shoes. Please no jeans or excessive jewellery.

Parking:

Please be aware that it is not possible to park at The Electric Theatre. The theatre kindly opens its gates each day at drop off/pick up time, but these will be locked before, during and after Friday’s performance, so you will need to arrange to park off site.

Signing In/Out:

Children aged 12 and over may sign out independently with parental consent. If you wish your son/daughter to
