POETRY & ART IN DIALOGUE: A WORKSHOP

Saturday, March 2, 1-4:00   | Allen Memorial Art Museum, 87 N. Main Street, Oberlin, OH 44074

Interested in an afternoon of reading, writing, and workshopping art-inspired poems?

Join poet Lynn Powell to discuss contemporary poems inspired by visual art and experiment with writing your own poem in the museum galleries. In the final hour, you will have the chance to workshop your poem in front of the art that inspired you.  Poets of all levels and backgrounds, aged 15 and up, are welcome to take part in this free workshop. All materials will be provided.

Registration for this workshop is now full. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please fill out the questions below and we will be in touch with you next week to let you know if a space has opened up. You are still welcome to submit a poem for the reading without attending the workshop!

For more information, email acadprog@oberlin.edu.
