To be eligible for this $750 scholarship, the applicant must have met the following requirements:
*  have earned at least a weighted 2.0 weighted GPA
*  upon graduation; plan to attend a trade school, vocational school, college or university;
*  have participated in high school sports for four years, have faced and overcome a challenge or handicap in       his/her athletic career, and
*  participate in an interview process, if requested.
This form must be submitted no later than 3:30 P.M. on Friday March 1, 2024
