We're sorry to hear that a product didn't work out!  Please fill out the following form to initiate a return.  If you're returning more than one product, please submit a separate form for each item.

OUR RETURN POLICY:

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of order delivery.

Even if it's been opened and used! Icon Rewards Members enjoy an extended return window of 60 days.  

We accept returns for items purchased from IndieLee.com only.
If you purchased your products from another retailer, please contact them directly for return and exchange options. Retailer returns are subject to the retailer's own return policy.

Return shipping (if applicable) is covered by the customer.  If return shipping is required, there will be instructions at the end of the form.

We do not accept returns for:
  • Subscription shipments:  Products purchased with the "Subscribe & Save" option are considered final sale. If you're purchasing a product for the first time, we recommend the "one time" purchase option to experience the product and return if needed.
  • Gift cards 
  • Products purchased at a 40% or more discount
Refunds versus Store Credit
Refunds for the amount paid are issued back to the original payment method. Alternatively, you can return your products for store credit, which includes an additional $5 to use on your next order. (One $5 bonus issued per order.)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any shipping costs that were paid on the original order are excluded from your refund or credit amount. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Amazon Purchases
To ensure that only authentic, high-quality products reach consumers in the condition we intend, we have chosen to work with only one Amazon seller (Fortress Brand). To return a product purchased on Amazon, we recommend using Amazon's built-in return process. If the item is not returnable via Amazon, we offer a 45-day Satisfaction Guarantee with proof of purchase from Fortress Brand.
