Each event and program is allotted a certain amount to spend (from the budget) or be reimbursed (after sales). Any amount above what is originally specified needs to be approved by the PTC Treasurer beforehand or may not be eligible for reimbursement. Contact mitchellptcpresidents@gmail.com or the Community Events Chair with any questions.
