The Maynard Public School District, pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws will provide free transportation to all students in Grades K-6 who live 2 or more miles from their school.  

**  2+ MILE K-6 FAMILIES MUST FILL OUT THIS FORM SO WE WILL KNOW HOW MANY SEATS ARE ACAILABLE FOR OTHER STUDENTS. **

Students in grades K-6 who live less than 2 miles from school and ALL STUDENTS in Grades 7-12 may receive transportation for a fee.

NOTE: Students entering 7th grade who lives 2 miles or more from school are charged the bus fee.

** REGISTRATION IS ON A FIRST COME/FIRST SERVE AND BASED ON AVAILABLE BUS SEATS **

Students in Grades K-6 who live 2+ miles from school (free) are placed on buses first, then other students.  
All registration forms are time stamped and given a number for the order in which it was received.

1st Child                               $270.00
2nd Child, 3rd, 4th         $220.00 each

To arrange bus transportation to and from school for your students in accordance with the Transportation Policy set forth by the Maynard Public School Committee, please fill out the following information (Please include ALL STUDENTS who will be taking a bus)    

Payment can me made by check, money order or cash, payable Maynard Public Schools and mailed to 3R Tiger Drive, dropped off in the black mailbox located outside of the Fowler School.  Please write your student(s) names in the memo of checks.
Online payment for the next school year will available after July 1st.  More information will be sent out 

Payment is required before you can receive your bus pass which will be mailed 1 week before school starts.
