Audition Registration ~ Fall 2022 Musicals
We are excited to announce Audition details for our TWO Fall 2022 musical productions:   MOANA JR (with performances on the MAIN Stage) and 101 Dalmatians KIDS (performances on the Treehouse HOME Stage).  By running these two productions concurrently, we will be working with up to 80 youth, ages 6-18. 

Please read all of the information below and if interested, complete this form to express your/your child's interest in auditioning for:
    - 101 Dalmatians KIDS (ages 6-7)
    - EITHER (ages 8-12)
    - Moana JR (ages 13-18)

DO NOT register if you/your child is unable to properly prepare for auditions or to highly prioritize this production within their fall calendar.  We are offering Audition Prep classes in early Sept ~ register online at CLASSES | Treehouse Theater | Manitowoc, WI

101 DALMATIANS KIDS 
 - DIRECTOR Danielle Frahm, MUSIC DIRECTOR Ginger Van Ells, & CHOREOGRAPHER Julie Rohrer
 - Auditions are open to ages 6-12 and up to 30 actors will be cast
 - ALL students must practice the show's FINALE at home and come prepared to sing this during auditions (music accompaniment file is provided within your confirmation email)
- Ages 8-12 have the option to prepare and memorize a MONOLOGUE - pick your own or use one of ours (provided within confirmation email)
- Ages 6 & 7 do not need to prepare a MONOLOGUE
- FIVE weeks of Rehearsal, held on Tues and Thurs from 5:30-7:30 pm plus Saturdays from 9:30-11:30 am
- Actors only called to rehearsal when needed and one weekly conflict is acceptable
- Unexcused absences will not be tolerated
- FOUR Performances, held Nov. 5 & 6 at the Treehouse Theater HOME Stage, with $6 Tickets    


MOANA JR 
- DIRECTOR Lisa Heili, MUSIC DIRECTOR Jennifer Kasten, & CHOREOGRAPHER Madde Gilmore
- Auditions are open to ages 8-18 and up to 50 actors will be cast
- ALL students must prepare and memorize a SONG (from a musical) - pick your own or use one of ours (provided within confirmation email) - accompaniment on phone or iPad is required
- Ages 13-18 must also prepare and memorize a MONOLOGUE - pick your own or use one of ours (provided)
- Ages 8-12 have the option to prepare and memorize a MONOLOGUE - pick your own or use one of ours (provided)
- NINE weeks of Rehearsal, held on Tues and Thurs from 6:30-8:30 pm plus Saturdays from 10 am - 2 pm
- Actors only called to rehearsal when needed and conflicts, both weekly & one-time, during time frames are allowed but must be provided at registration
- Unexcused absences will not be tolerated
- FIVE performances, held Dec. 1-4 at the UWGB-Manitowoc Theatre MAIN Stage, with $15 Tickets

    - ages 6-12:  noon-1:30 pm OR 2-3:30 pm
Tuesday, Sept. 20:
    - ages 6-12:  5:30-6:30 pm
    - ages 13-18:  7-8:30 pm
Thursday, Sept. 22:
     - ages 13-18:  5:30-7 pm OR 7-8:30 pm
     
CALLBACKS - Sunday, Sept. 25, beginning at noon
are like a second audition and will involved only the students who will receive an email on Sept. 23/24

IF YOUR CHILD IS CAST:
- Participation Fee of $150 (101 Dalmatians KIDS) or $225 (Moana JR) is due NO LATER THAN October 15; a $50 late fee will be assessed after Oct. 15
- Scholarship application deadline is October 12
- Tickets to performances are NOT included

I understand that being named as a cast member in one of the Treehouse Theater Fall 2022 musical productions is a privilege and a commitment that my child(ren) MAY earn through Auditions.  I have reviewed the actor and cast family expectation policies and will support my child in attending rehearsals, whenever called.  All known conflicts, both weekly and one-time, during the rehearsal time frames have been properly noted on this form so unexcused absences will be minimal, if any.  As a condition of my child’s participation in this production, I hereby release and hold harmless Treehouse Theater and UWGB-Manitowoc Theatre, and all of their respective owners, employees, volunteers, agents and representatives, from and against all claims, damages, and other liabilities whatsoever, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property damage, which relate in any way to my child’s involvement. *
