EARLY-BIRD AND STANDARD RATES:
To be eligible for the early-bird rates, make your registration and full payment by June 15, 2023. After this date, the retreats will be charged at the standard rate.
COVID PRECAUTIONS
We ask that anyone who registers for the retreat (and other events) who has cold or flu symptoms on the day of the retreat should not attend. A full refund of the retreat/workshop cost will be offered in this circumstance (but not extending to any travel costs).
To protect the health of all who are attending, we ask that people RAT test (a) three days before and (b) prior to arrival on the first day of their attendance at an event.
IMPORTANT FOR THOSE BOOKING FLIGHTS FOR SESSHIN:
For those arriving in Nelson on the Sunday that sesshin starts (July 9), please book flights that arrive before 1pm. After sesshin, please book your home-bound flight for after 4.15pm Saturday (July 15). This is because transport from the retreat venue will only be offered from 2.30pm that day, and it takes 1 hour 15 mins to return to the airport.
