There has been continued growth within our program throughout the past several years.  Splitting to a fourth ensemble (orchestra) may be necessary within the next year or so...  As a student within the program, how would you like to see the program organized? First example -tiered program from (concert orchestra, "new ensemble", Philharmonic, Symphony) OR Second example, (two equal entry-level ensembles (Concert split equally), Philharmonic, Symphony)...thoughts?   Feel free to offer another option/idea? *
