Conference Fee:
$400 (incl GST) for registered Suzuki teachers. The fee covers morning and afternoon teas, lunch on Friday and Saturday, and contributes to conference costs. (These fees apply to 2023 NZSI teacher members and internationally registered Suzuki teachers. A $60 surcharge is payable in the case of non-members.)
Accommodation:
It is desirable that participants stay at the Distinction Hotel where rooms have been reserved for the NZSI. Rooms have been reserved for us until the 12th August.
Sharing a room with others will reduce your accommodation costs. If you wish to share a room, please indicate this on your conference registration form along with the name of the person with whom you intend to share if known.
Room rates:
Superior room - $170 (incl. GST) per room per night single/twin occupancy
Deluxe room - $190 (incl. GST) per room per night single/twin occupancy
Please note:
- Distinction Hotel bookings must be made through the Conference Coordinator by completing the appropriate section of this form.
- Accommodation and other hotel costs are to be paid by participants directly to the Distinction Hotel at the end of conference.
- On check-in, all guests will be required to provide a credit card for pre-authorisation or a $50.00 bond must be paid.
- A buffet breakfast is available for $32 per person

If assistance is needed with these costs, participants are encouraged to approach their local branch of NZSI
Buffet Dinner and NZSI AGM on Thursday:
A buffet dinner for conference participants, their partners and National Executive Committee members will be held on the Thursday evening at a cost of $69 per person.
Payment:
The Conference registration fee and Thursday dinner should be paid when you send your application. Late registrations will incur a $20 surcharge.
