Please provide your performance fee expectation for performing at our festival. Include if there are options, for example: solo, duo, trio, full band performance prices etc. Please note that this does not guarantee that amount, but artists under consideration will enter into negotiations with the Artistic Director.
WORKSHOPS
Workshops are the life blood of many Canadian Folk festivals. They allow audiences (and fellow performers) to really experience each performer in a new and unique way. These performances are typically stripped down with minimal instrumentation, with artists often performing in the round with several others.

ALTERNATIVE PROGRAMMING
Through the pandemic many festivals have engaged in alternative programming, whether it was virtual performances from their homes, Q&A's via Zoom, or pre-recorded performances without a live audience to be broadcast later. In the event of restrictions and/or changes in programming due to COVID-19, these options might either replace or reinforce our existing festival programming.

COVID RESPONSE / SAFETY
We will be adhering to all guidelines provided by the Federal, Provincial and Municipal governments, in addition to our regional Health Unit as they relate to COVID-19 and associated health and safety precautions. This includes but is not limited to following vaccination passports, providing negative COVID-19 tests, on-site screening, use of masks inside buildings, social distancing practices and more.
