(Parish Check in begins at 7:00 PM on the 19th)

Fall Conference for Middle Schoolers is a weekend event at Trinity Center for youth in grades 6-8. Each year there is a different theme, this year's conference theme is "Into the Unknown: God’s faithful people walking untold paths in uncertain times." (Exodus 6:7 - I will take you as my people, and I will be your God. You shall know that I am the Lord your God, who has freed you from the burdens of the Egyptians.)

As the ECYC (East Carolina Youth Council) was brainstorming ideas, this theme resonated with all the unknowns we all face each day especially over the last 18 months. Imagining how especially challenging this might be for middle schoolers, the ECYC is drawing upon well known stories in the Bible that show God's faithfulness to us, even as we are walking an untold path.

This event is designed and facilitated by the East Carolina Youth Council. The ECYC also welcomes high schoolers and other adults who would like to serve on team to apply. The application is below and includes all of the important information and expectations for team members.

Important Information
• All participants (youth or adult) MUST complete an online Individual registration form.
• All participants (youth or adult) must submit payment via PayPal or via check.
• All participants should LET THEIR YOUTH LEADER KNOW they are registering for this event. Diocesan house will also notify parish's of participant registration as they come in.
•There MUST be at least ONE adult youth leader registered to attend the event for every ONE to SIX young people registered.   (ex: 6 young people, 1 adult; 8 young people, 2 adults)* There should be male and female adult leaders if there are male and female young people attending.
•Each Parish Youth Leader will have to submit this Parish Registration form for each event.  
•All Parish Registrations MUST be received by the registration deadline (See event information for deadlines)  
•Payment for each participant must be documented.  Payment can be from individuals or a parish may write one check for the whole group.  All checks (individual or parish) should be made payable to the Diocese of East Carolina.  Event fees for Diocesan Youth Events are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Space is reserved upon the receipt of your registration.
