Balefire Ball Vendor Form

We are seeking purveyors of magical items, crafts, candles, accessories, custom designs, trinkets and more. We are also accepting tarot readers and diviners. 

General Admission Guests will enter the event at 9pm and the event ends at 1am. VIP guests have early access and extra time to shop beginning at 8pm. We require set up to be complete no later than 7:45pm for all vendors.


Vendor Tier Levels:

Seers (Readers only) - $77
Set up between 6pm-7:45pm
❖ Reading area is outside under a covered patio.
36" square table provided (bring own covers) w/ 2 chairs
Reader name listed on social media and website
❖ Social Media Shoutout
1 vendor ticket (basic entry) for the purchaser of this package

Merchants- $200
Set up between 6pm - 7:45pm
❖ Vending area is located OUTSIDE . Vendors will need to bring own tables and chairs. It is encouraged that vendors have a 10x10 tent (if a larger tent space is needed, please include in notes below). 
❖ Must bring own lighting.  Access to electricity is limited. 
Business name listed on social media and website
Business card or non-perishable promotional item is allowed in goodie bags (will need 150 pieces)
❖ Social Media Shoutout
1 vendor ticket (basic entry) for the purchaser of this package; up to 2x additional staff tickets (basic entry only) can be purchased at 50% off upon request.

Food Truck Vendors 
❖ We will accept up to 3 food truck vendors for this event. When approved, we will assist vendors with coordination at the venue for permitting and set up. 

Important Details:

- Each vendor will be reviewed by event planners for acceptance

- Once you receive an acceptance letter, you will have 4 weeks from the date of acceptance to make payment (failure to pay may result in loss of vendor spot & goes to the next business in line)

- Tickets that accompany these packages are for the vendor - they are non-transferable and have no cash value. If the vendor cancels their vendor application or no shows, the tickets are forfeited.

- Cancellation Policy: A lot of time and effort goes into branding and promoting each business for this event. Cancellations prior to our 30-day mark of the event are refundable up to 50%. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
