Consent Agreement
We are students of the University of Derby, carrying out research as part of students' Dissertation. We will be asking a number of questions surrounding Consumer behaviour and disability representation. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. It will not ask you for personal details that might identify you thereby insuring anonymity. All data will be kept within accordance with GDPR regulations. 

You are not required to answer all questions and you are free to withdraw from the research, To enable you to withdraw please make a note of the Unique Identifier Code. so that your responses can be identified and withdrawn, You would need to contact the lead researcher by email at 100531545@unimail.derby.ac.uk within 14 days of completing the questionnaire.
All participants must be over the age of 18.
