To place request for one chapter of a single book, please include the following information.

Make sure to use your NEW Fielding email address to avoid delays with your order.

You may request up to ten items a month through interlibrary loan. If you need to go over the limit, just contact us at library@fielding.edu and we are glad to assist. Please be aware that only one chapter of any one book may ever be requested. We cannot order entire books through this service.

This form is for ordering specific documents for your personal use. Copyright law prohibits sharing or copying the document for others. Please see 'copyright information' at the bottom of the form for more information.
