This year's conference will be held Sunday, July 21, and Monday, July 22, at The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, Missouri. Conference activities will begin at 2 pm on Sunday and includes our first guest speaker. President's Reception follows dinner on your own. Monday's activities begin at 8am and end at 4 pm.
Registration Instructions:Please register each Conference attendee individually. Please answer all required questions (*), or you will not be able to submit the registration.
Registration is $225. Presenters are 50% off, or $112.50. The registration fee includes all materials from break-out sessions, as well as various snacks and a hot lunch on Monday.
(Presenters must also submit separate Presenter Proposal 2024 form, and have it approved by the MAEN Board of Directors.)
Vendors/sponsors must complete one registration form per company, and submit the Conference fee of $275, which includes a table, chairs, and electricity. Additional items may be purchased by vendors/sponsors by selecting from our menu of options.
When you agree to the Registration Instructions and Cancellation Policy, the form will take you to another page. Click on the link that says "Use the secure link below to submit payment or view your order receipt:" The link will have the words, 'payable forms' in it. Do not click "Score".
Please submit your payment when you register. MAEN will not send the hotel discount code until conference payment is received.
Please note that the Lodge is only offering discounted rooms for Sunday and Monday nights. In order to secure a room before Sunday the Lodge has a policy that the customer must purchase Friday and Saturday night at the regular room rate because it is the height of tourist season. MAEN has nothing to do with the Lodge's policy.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend the Conference, you must contact MAEN at
maen4kids@gmail.com on or before July 1, 2024, for a full refund. You are responsible for payment if you do not attend and do not notify MAEN on or before July 1, 2024.
