It is strongly recommended that you complete this form using a dektop device or laptop, rather than a phone as you will be required to copy and paste a number of URLs from your club's play cricket site in order to complete the form.

Entry into the Dukes Essex League Cup.
- Entry into either the Dukes Essex T20 Cup or T20 Plate
- Details of any of the grounds you will be
using in the 2024 season that are shared by teams from other clubs.
- Number of teams entered into the league for the 2024 season.
- Your club's play cricket team IDs (in the form of the URL of that team on your Play Cricket site)
- Your clubs's play cricket ground IDs
(in the form of the URL of that ground on your Play Cricket site)
- Amount, if any, of additional cricket balls
you would like to purchase for the start of the 2024 season.
- Amount, if any, of league-branded stumps you would like to purchase for the start of the 2024 season.
- Any other fixture requests that you would like your club to consider for the 2024 season.
The Essex league request that you submit this
information as soon as possible, in order for fixtures to be shared with
clubs in a timely manner prior to the start of the 2024 season.
