Group Volunteer Info Form
We're so excited about your interest in volunteering with us! The questions in this survey is for us to get to know you better. They will make sure we can best connect you with helping in the area you're most interested in, and make sure you have the best experience possible with us.

*This form is for group leaders to fill out.*
As a group leader you MUST be older than 16.

Primary volunteering hours will be 10am - 3:00pm, Tuesday through Friday.
General shifts each day are:
Early Shift - 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Late Shift - 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM

Due to the small size of both our cafe and our training team, we're only able to accommodate around 2 volunteers per shift. If you'd prefer your team to visit as a full group, perhaps we could instead plan for a Lunch 'n' Learn to be hosted at the cafe outside of our typical service hours; that way everyone could still experience the physical space, hear from members of our staff and board, and ask questions about our work.
