Sioux Valley Middle School Band & Choir Sign-Up 2023-2024 School Year
Dear Parents/Guardians:
We are currently enrolling students for the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade band and choir programs for the 2023-2024 school year.  Students must sign-up and commit next year with the understanding that this commitment will not change in the fall, so please have a conversation with your student before completing this form. Please fill out one form for each child in middle school for the 2023-2024 school year.
  • If a student signs up for band and choir, they will not have a study hall.
  • If a student signs up for band only, they will have band class three days of the week. The student would have a study hall on the alternate two days each week.
  • If a student signs up for choir only, they will have choir class two days of the week. The student would have a study hall on the alternate three days each week.
  • If a student does not sign up for band or choir, they will have a study hall in their schedule each day.
