In consideration of Participating being allowed to participate in the Summer Bike Camp, I hereby agree to release 0S3 Movement at Nogales, Arizona, its members, volunteers and the City of Nogales, from any liability in the event of personal injury, property loss or property damage during the attendance, performance of and/or participation in the Summer Bike Camp event held at Fleischer Park, 1500 N Hohokam Dr. Nogales, AZ 85621. *
