As a member of the group coaching sessions, people will be sharing their work for critique from you which can be intimidating and hard to do. Do you promise to adhere to the sandwich method of sharing something positive, offering helpful feedback, and ending on a positive? Do you promise to approach all critiques with kindness and only helpful notes as needed? *
As a member of the group coaching sessions, there will be authors from all over the world and from different parts of life. Do you promise to be open to all people and story ideas and agree not to discriminate or tear down any one in the group? *
