This form is for the selection of electives for your incoming 6th grade student. In middle school, every student takes six classes.
- Each student will take four core classes: Math, Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies.
- Students who score a level 3, 4, or 5 on the ELA FSA will take two elective courses.
- Students who score a level 1 or 2 on the ELA FSA will be placed in a reading class and will only take one elective course.
We do our best to place students in their number one elective choice, but it is not guaranteed. Please make sure to select a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th elective choice wherever asked to ensure that your child will end up in an elective class that he/she is interested in.
